HydraMe Tipz Organic Repair Balm - 1 Ounce

I’ve bought this multiple times and half the time it is great and half the time it’s unusable. It’s like it’s expired or something. It’s sticky and has a terrible smell

I use on my lips all the type - only later did i realize it is for cuticles, etc. - i guess you can use it anywhere.The only thing that helps my lips in the winter months.

This is the best lip balm I have used!
