Just like many people in the comments mine suddenly stoped working too but being the engineer that I am I decided to take it apart and fix it. it’s a very simple fix anyone can do. on the front seam stick a flat head screwdriver or knife in and pop the assembly out.!after that you will see wires and a motor inspect the motor and push it back in until it seems flush with the other side. there are small metal clips on both sides of the motor on the back (in picture) and it seems like one came loose and the motor poped out. also make sure that the wires are secure. all I had to do was push the motor in and it worked perfectly again. also it would probably be a good idea to take the battery out before you do it to be extra safe. Hope you fix yours!

Works great. I was skeptical at first after reading the reviews; however, I decided to try it given their warranty and how responsive the seller was to the customer's posts on here. There were complaints of batteries not lasting long; however, I am well aware that batteries continue to have the life sucked out of them in certain electronic products, even when not on. You also have to factor what brand battery you use. That's why I have removed my batteries from electric toothbrushes and certain other products, after use. I placed batteries in this brush but never removed them. I use this almost daily and didn't have to replace my batteries until after 5 months. I keep this in my shower caddy and haven't had any issues.

My SKINFUN IPX7 waterproof facial and body brush unit that I ordered is great. I’m 57 and have spent most of my life out in the sun rain mud sand and so on. From the time I was Apx 5 years old, sports...especially Softball....was my life. Loved it. But now my skin of course is going thru changes w age. The face brush along with my cleanser make my face feel so soft. And also helps w the circulation in face. I use my in the shower. It’s just hard for me to use at the sink. And pretty messy with water and cleaner going all over you and everything else. It IS waterproof like it says.The body brush is super great w my body washes in the shower. I mostly just use it on my arms legs and what parts of the back I can reach. Removes dead skin and again helps in circulation. Not to mention the smoothness of my skin. The facial sponge attachment is good for circulation and massaging your face. I’d advice you to use the low setting and lightly press to your face. I order extra attachments for when I’ll need them...cause I will. Cleaning them is easy and advised so there is no bacteria to worry with. And set them on their sides to dry. This allows the part that attaches to the handle unit to get dried as well. And also on its side the bristled part is not being smushed to where it gets out of shape. I recommend this to anyone...even you guys!

UPDATE: Since April, it finally broke about 3 weeks ago. Just as most people would do with soapy hands, I dropped in the shower on the a thick shower mat. After the third time it was dropped I couldn't put it back together. The handle opened, batteries came out, the attachment came off and the part that holds the attachment popped open to expose the wires. I will not buy this again. Disappointed with rhis purchase. I'm looking for a new brush now. Hopefully it will be more sturdy.Works great. Came packaged well and no detects. I couldn't wait to use it. The face brush is excellent. It has 3 speeds so it can be adjusted to your liking. The body brush attachment gets 5 stars. I used it with barsoap and body wash and it worked great with both. The pumice was great for removing dead skin from my feet without being painful. I highly recommend this product. You won't be sorry

I purchased this item for myself for Christmas. I couldn’t wait to use it!! Based on the reviews I thought this was going to be an inexpensive yet useful gadget, however it turned out to be useless. The cover to the batteries will not close with the batteries are installed. How weird is that? We checked and double checked that the batteries were installed properly and that we were attempting to replace the cover properly...and we were....no returns allowed on this item because it’s a 3rd party seller. However amazon customer service offered a full refund after I explained it was defective. Thank goodness! I would not recommend this item

a great buy, and pretty cheap compared to other products that assure you that their product is the best. honestly, first time i ordered this, it came broken but it was all fixed as they sent me a new one and it came the next day (which was amazing.) i love the fact that there are multiple speeds and brushes! some complain about the brushes getting dirty but i found that even after washing off all my makeup before continuing my skin care routine, the brush finds small patches of foundation and is cleaned off easily so it looks brand new. it's also waterproof so whenever i don't have time to seperate my skin care routine from getting ready, i'm able to use it in the shower with no worry. your lose if you don't buy this because it's one of the best things i've bought.

This brush is everything the reviews say and more! It uses four batteries that last forever. It leaves my skin soft and the brushes are so soft!! I read reviews for multiple products before deciding on this, and I wanted to use it for a while before posting a review. I can say with confidence that I would buy this product again if I had to (I still have the original and it works great!).

Got this a few days ago, I was super excited to try it out - mainly due to all the great reviews and apparent hype. Once it came I popped in some batteries only to find out that it didn't work! It made an odd whirling sound but nothing actually happened. Super bummed. Would not recommend as you cannot even get a refund for it unless you go through Customer Service!
