I keep buying these. I tend to be the person who keeps putting food into his mouth when he's bored. Period I found that using these keeps me from consuming extra calories that I don't need. As a truck driver, I decided a long time ago that I didn't want to smoke or chew tobacco. And I had to cut way back on sugar and other foods so that I didn't gain a lot of weight. It's a struggle for me, but these help quite a bit. I'm a coffee drinker and these are right in my wheelhouse. There are multiple flavors, but this is my favorite. If I have one issue, it's that they're a little bit more expensive that I'd like them to be, but they are cheaper than the extra food I would buy, and cheaper than the extra doctors visits I would have if I became overweight. I don't have to spit anything out with these. You can just put them in your mouth and swallow as normal. The flavor is good and it's not upsetting to your stomach as long as you can handle coffee normally. I like them and I'm going to keep buying them.

If you use caffeine. These little 25mg pouches are pretty good. The flavor is decent enough. Not super strong. You might say rather, vanilla. Ok, Ok. I had the caramel first. They have a bit more impact. Nothing wrong with either flavor. If you use pouches, you will know, the flavor doesn't last all that long. But Its an alternative.

These are awesome for mouth fixation and cessation. The cinnamon roll flavor is great. And I always love pouch brands that come in two pieces for the can, that way you have a place to put it when you're done. I've tried a lot of pouches and these are my favorite so far. Just a tad expensive.

10/3/23 EDIT : Grinds completely changed the formula and recipe, and unfortunately it's for the worse, I'm talking I can't even use them anymore and threw out three orders worth (30 total cans) that Amazon refunding me for. The new formula made the pouches so dry and with a distinct chemical tasting menthol flavoring. I tried putting water in the can and shaking but didn't help, just complete different feel and taste. If you look at the pictures I uploaded, the older/better version is on the right in all the pictures, you can see the difference in packaging, looks, and ingredients. The new formula has no water and includes chicory and stabilized menthol, compared to the old that includes water but neither of those other two items, and that has made all the difference. You can even see in the third picture the distinct visual difference between the two. So after this happened from ordering through Amazon I figured I'd skip the middle man and go straight through the source, Grinds, and ordered 20 wintergreen cans that arrived yesterday. Unfortunately the same exact thing, new formula that I hate. I called Grinds customer service and told them my concerns and issues, and well guess what, I'm not crazy after all. She confirmed the pouches used to be processed/made in Europe, and that manufacturer owned the rights to the "recipe" (which doesn't make any sense to me?), but since Grinds recently changed to a US based company, they tried to get the formula as close as they could, but obviously failed at that. So now everything made sense and it's pretty straightforward, the Grinds that everyone knew and loved for many years, changed recipes/formulas and is not the same as it used to be. They did say they only have ONE flavor that is still being processed by the old company and has the old formula but had no idea when that one would switch as well. It's unfortunate because now I'll have to find a new product, and I think they are going to continue losing a TON of business and customers because of it. ORIGINAL COMMENT : I'm not kidding when I say that I've tried close to every single alternative to Copenhagen pouches, at least 20+, and none have come close enough to where I could actually quit real chew. But Grinds is making it so easy to the point that I haven't bought real chew in almost a week and it's honestly not even on my mind. It makes me so happy and honestly has given me almost a new lease on life and a ton of motivation! I bought the wintergreen flavor Grinds, they lasts forever, are juicy, not too overpowering with either the Wintergreen or coffee flavors, and produce a lot of spit. The other big plus for me (maybe it's different for some) is they do not have a really bad and almost painful burn like a lot of the tobacco alternatives do. There's a little bit, like what you get if you've been a regular tobacco user for years, but not the "chemically" kinda burn, you know what I'm talking about. To help with the transition and instead of quitting both tobacco and nicotine cold turkey, about 1-2x a day I combine 2 Grinds pouches with 2 "on" (the brand, which they sell at gas stations) Wintergreen 2mg nicotine only pouches. But the other dips throughout the day will just be Grinds. I'm mad I didn't do this sooner, before I didn't think it was even a possibility to quit, especially after trying so many different alternative options, but Grinds has provided something no other company or brand has been able to do before, thank you so much!!!

Arrived fast and fine, the taste is also fine. Enjoyed the caffeine boost and flavor itself. What I'm not a huge fan of is the size of the pouches and the fact it feels rough on the gums. I guess I could just not be used to it, or perhaps the pouches are a bit dry, but had to slow down usage and/or stop because it became uncomfortable over time.

Great long lasting flavor

Although I stopped chewing tobacco years ago, I still use nicotine gum frequently. I have recently been contemplating a complete cessation from nicotine, but not really motivated enough to go "Cold Turkey". I tried Grinds based on a recommendation from a friend as a product to slowly switch to from the gum. After trying a few of the many flavors this product is available in, I was modestly surprised at how much I liked them, considering I am not a huge coffee fan. All of the flavors I tried were great, but decided to stick with the spearmint going forward as its closest to the ice mint gum I currently chew. My only wish was that the initial flavor of the product lasted longer. The "enjoy up to an hour" is true, but the initial flavor really only lasts about 15-30 minutes. The remaining time it tastes mostly like coffee, so I often stop using each 1 after about 30 minutes. Otherwise, this is a great product to help with tobacco/nicotine cessation OR as a quick/easy way to get a little extra caffeination boost as needed!
