Best honey you can buy if you're looking for an organic, unfiltered one. The taste and the quality are consistent, and I use it freely in my coffee, tea, and other foods that need sweetener. Much healthier than sugar and price is reasonable. I get a new container every month and appreciate the ease of ordering it here on Amazon.

I love this honey . The texture, taste and quality is unique and just plain yummy . But it has had different consistency from batch to batch . I use for health benefits. Everyone who has tried it said they love it and it spoiled them for other honeys .

I grew up on a farm and my dad had beehives and an apple grove, so we had the best honey around. When I went away to college, I was forced to settle for honey from the grocery store, but I didn't like the taste, and I didn't like that it was pasteurized. I ordered Nate's for a while, then the whole heated scandal erupted, so I tried Kevala. It tastes closer to the raw honey I grew up with. I still buy honey from local farms when I can, but I use a LOT of honey because I don't like the taste of white sugar. The price is good and they seem to be reputable. Most honey is sourced from the Mexican rainforest. I would prefer honey raised in the US because so much imported honey is adulterated, but this seemed a reasonable compromise.

Updated review: I kind of feel really disappointed by this honey now, after using it for more than a month. My partner and I started feeling our teeth and gums feeling sore, which usually happens when we take refined sugar. Since we're very cautious about our diet in general, I started to think the cause may be from this honey. So, I went online and did some research. And found out about how to test if honey is real or pure and nothing added. Apparently, if you dip the tip of a matchstick in a little honey and strike it, it should light up instantly. If it doesn't or extinguishes fast after it's lit, then the honey isn't pure. I did this test, and the other pure honey that I had at home passed; the matchstick lighted up and burned as usual. This honey however, failed this test! It ignited very little, then it smouldered, and the flame died really quickly. I no longer feel like I can trust this brand anymore after doing this test. I don't think this is pure honey at all. I won't be buying this again. ---------- Old review (this was my old review when I trusted that this honey was truly raw and pure as they say): This honey is really nice and thick. It feels like there is some of the beeswax in it, as it's not clear honey but it's somewhat like a lightly creamed honey. I was quite pleasantly surprised as I've not come across honey like this in a long time. It has a very nice floral fragrance that's like orange blossom or something similar. The only thing that I find a little inconvenient is the plastic jar. More particularly the lid on it which is a little tricky to screw back on smoothly once it's opened. But I do understand why they'd use a plastic jar for shipping safety and lighter weight. I removed one star for this alone. Otherwise, the honey itself is a 5 star for me.
