Great option for future proofing, been rock solid since day one and still perfect (touch wood)
I've edited to state that since this review I've used both CPU cables for extra stability in OC, but also handy that I upgraded from a 1070ti (8 pin) to a 3060ti (2x 8pin). It does let you "pig tail" on one lead but it's recommended to have a cable per 8 pin. This PSU allows for this which was a godsend for me. Last PSU didn't have this. Anyway, back to the original review.....Replacement for an aging EVGA bronze rated 750w PSU, easy as expected to install. Nice to have black cables but they're all very big and bulky still so hard for a case that isn't designed for cable management like this to fit them without a bit of a mess.In the system it's been fully solid so far, voltages are remarkably stable and it's whisper quiet. Even with the self tester prior to install you can barely hear it running. It runs cold which is always a good thing, probably don't even need the fan for the most part and eco mode is fine for winter use. I expect summer might change that but I'm very happy with the purchase at the moment. Just hoping it's worth the extra I paid over alternatives from Corsair etc.

Gold PSU at a good price
My benchmark for a good price for good PSU is a tenth of the wattage in terms of British pounds. So I bought this 650W PSU when it was available for less than 65 pounds. Being EVGA gold rated PSU with long warranty was welcome. It replaced a 650W Corsair one which developed the (un)popular ticking sound. This one has better bearings and the fan curve is good for silent operation most of the time. It was more compact and, being modular, it fitted easily into my PC case.So far I have not noticed any issue in the two weeks since I installed it.

Excellent PSU
let me start by saying that it (650w GA) was on offer (68£) when i got it and it was an amazing deal. It has everything that one might need for a budget/mid end build. Black sleeved wires were a bit hard to bend, putting unnecessary stress on MOBO but apart from that really good psu.Haven't tested stability extensively but so far no problems with my 3600 and evga 1660

Brilliant
Excellent little power supply. Includes low use feature so fans wont spin unless required. Fully modular and Gold rated. Bought this model a couple of times for building PCs. Provides ample power for most systems. Only bugbear is that the modular cables are not cross compatible with other models. Bear this in mind but really it has everything you need. Recommend!

Brilliant PSU and a fair price
Perfect for what I needed, only running a gtx 1660 super and has scope to take on more.Easy to install, love the modular capability of the PSU and you can barely hear it.
