This machine is easy to use, cleans up easily, and doesn't have the fatal flaw of the spindle twisting and causing system failure and need for repair. If it gets too cold, it just shuts the auger down until it can thaw out enough to turn again. Our Bunn kept twisting until it bent the rod and then never worked again. This is a much better design. I like the nighttime cooler function - saves money not having to constantly freeze.

Although it's not a cheap machine, this thing works perfectly!! Since buying a house with a pool, our friends congregate at the house and this is a perfect addition to our life. Lots of people claim it's a pain to clean, but it's really hot. It easily disassembles and washes nicely, after drying we lube up the seals and put it back together ready for the next party. I highly recommend this item, esp if all your friends enjoy frozen libations by the pool. I also have had great luck with Margarita girl being responsive to questions as well, so it's really all around an awesome purchase.

very easy to use and clean and serves seriously delicious margaritas (that's all i've made so far) just have to make sure you have enough alcohol (or sugar) in the mix to keep it soft and servable
