I have been using this brace for the past few weeks now after a recommendation from my physical therapist to help heal my diastasis recti. It has been 15 months since my twins were born and I wear it to hold my abs together while lifting them or doing heavy activity. I received my first brace and the metal started popping through after about a week of wearing it. The seller was very helpful and sent me a new brace right away and wanted to make sure that I was satisfied. I really appreciated the email and new order without having to hassle with sending the old one back. I have been wearing it now without any problems. I am hopeful that it will help close the gap of my diastasis recti.

Like the style of item. It does give great compression and support. This product also seems to be falling apart at the enclosure. It didn't initially appear to be poorly made, but it is. I don't recommend purchasing this particular item.

Reviews are accurate. Very good product and the adjustable band in addition to the 2 Velcro straps that reinforce and cinch the waist in even further make it a great buy for anyone looking for corset waist training. Only issue I have is that it leaves part of the abdomen exposed and popping out if you are tall (5'9'') with a long torso. If I place it just under my bra it leaves the lower tummy out and visa versa. I just ordered a 2nd and my plan is to wear both at the same time. I know they will overlap and I won't be able to wear it discreetly under my tee shirt, but I work from home anyway. Goal is to trim this very long torso and get back my waistline!

The sizing: It says that it's in asian sizing. So, I was a little concerned, because I usually wear a large, and the chart put me at a medium. Honestly, I was surprised how big it fit. I should probably have gotten a small, but the medium will work.The fit: It's easy to apply and comfortable. However, it doesn't seem to handle curves well. I'm 34-29-41, and the bands that wrap around tend to bunch and make it crease, if I have it over my hips, at all. So, I have to keep spreading them out.The visibility: I don't tend to wear tight clothes, just jeans and a t-shirt, and, under these, it's not visible.

First off, I'll say that I LOVE THESE WRAPS. I had massive abdominal surgery and have purchased 4 at this point. However, when I selected a quantity of 2 for this offer - which is specifically for the size small - and is difficult to find - I was shipped one small and one medium. I'm extremely disappointed since I have to wear it 24/7 and owning 2 is key. (My original ones were mediums). The product is amazing, the company, not so much.

Sizing depends on how you intend to wear it. If wearing directly under breast/upper waist go one size higher than you would wear in a tee shirt. If you plan to wear directly on tummy/upper hip go two sizes up from your normal tee shirt size.The belt isn't long enough to cover torso and belly.Durable, good price.If you plan to work out in it buy neoprene fabric.

Works and I liked the design. Too bad the material is rough or I would give it 5 stars. I bought it larger than my size because of other reviews and since it wraps with velcro, it fits just fine.

I wanted to get rid of my fats from giving birth so this one is great. Also if you had c section this one is good as you can adjust it easy with belt. Overall this is great and I will recommend this to my friends
