It fit perfectly! I bought the medium, I'm 5'3, 145lb , and I still had some wiggle room so it wasn't suffocating. I love that I can walk around in it and I love that I can free my hands through slots on the side of the arms making it easy to eat or drink or even fix the blankets. Definitely satisfied with my sleeping bag!
