The bike is very well made and sturdy. I used a video on YouTube to help put bike together. Directions are tough to understand. Everything has to be perfect so use video. I love the bikes, we have 2 and use them all the time. highly recommended

I have a disability and recently had a knee replacement. I tried to ride my new bike but after 30 years of not riding one it isn’t going to be easy. This bike is exactly as ordered and easy to put together. It’s light weight and the color is gorgeous. Now for training wheels lol

Like any other brand new bicycle, this one needed some tuning, especially in a front derailleur, which is perfectly common. For a $400 bike, this one has an outstanding quality. Hiland Shepard is not too heavy - only 15 kg which makes it very good for the commute or recreational riding. Honestly, if I were to think of a way to make it better, I probably wouldn't find a way to do that - great product👍

The instructions were confusing, but if you get someone to help who has put a bike together before, it only takes about 30 minutes to put together.

The bike arrived as scheduled, was easy to assemble and my daughter was riding her bike in 45 min from delivery. The brakes and shifting between gears works great and the ride with the front shocks is very smooth. A great bike for the money!

Bike was easy to assemble and only required a slight adjustment of the front derailluer. Brakes and rear derailluer worked fine right out of the box. Rides great. Only time will tell if it is durable and holds up to the punishment of the road.

The bike looks much gorgeous in person. This came in today, and I haven't taken it for a ride yet so I dont know what to say about how it works as Im not a pro biker either. As a matter of fact this is my first bike.- minus 1 star for the wheels, they came flat, i dont know if it has to be this way, let me know I’ll put 1 star back 😂- another minus 1 star for broken parts. the front mudguard came broken.. I dont know if youre gonna send me a new one, coz Im not disassembling this bike for return. It’s heavy and This piece is so not easy to bring together despite the manual.

The frame looks cool and I really like the colour. But after assembling, I noticed that the rear brake disc was hitting the pad. Since the rear was assembled by the manufacturer, I have to take apart the entire rear to find out the problem. It turned out that the wheel is not centred and I cannot adjust it because the tool provided doesn’t match the screw at all! And it kept striking me when I looked deeper to realize that the brake is made by rotten wood, and not working properly. I don’t know if it is normal, I don’t even want a replacement because I would certainly buy a new brake system. Anyway, it comes with lots of problems and the wheels are not straight, but this is owing to shipping I believe. I will keep the frame for other parts.

Great seller. Had an issue with a part and they reached out and fixed the issue.With that said, bike rides like a dream. I initially felt weird about buying a bike online but it was worth it.
