Was having issues with many of the mounts I tried..found this one and it is perfect for my situation.. solid, sturdy, keeps my action cam in place

The nuts make the plate that you’re tightening down bind on the bolt to the point that you have to hit it to install or remove.

I put this on a bike left it on a bike overnight then. Trying to get it off was very difficult. Because the bottom piece bended around the bar so the bottom piece is no longer straight and doesn’t slide up and down. Had to use tools to get it to slide down enough to get it off the bar.I like everything about it but the aluminum piece at the bottom bended to easily.Now it is bent in such a way it’s going to take me 5 min of prying at it to get it to slide off if I use it again.I don’t like giving negative reviews. Hopefully this helps people to know you can’t keep this very tight. It would be good for something other than a bike like a stationary pole. But a bike it will slide around unless tighten it. But once it is tight enough on a wheelie bike to not slip the aluminum starts bending to a round shape that it is attached to.

Seems to be made very well. I bought it to use while I play paintball, haven’t had a chance to use it yet but it looks like it will be very durable

This product is exactly what I have been looking for. Just remember to tighten the fastening bolts really good so your GoPro doesn't drop down any when you go over bumps.

Does what does fine. I was a little worried about seeing reviews about it moving and not being able to tighten properly. However, I have had none of these problems. I am using a GoPro 3 and 7. Only problem is the case on the 3 is a tad to big and had problems mounting it. I had to get a knife and shave some plastic off the GoPro 3 mount.
