I compared readings to my Omron 5 Series and the results are very close, like the same to about 3 to 5 units difference. Just make sure to follow the instruction properly. Me and my spouse will be bringing this on our vacations, and the like. I bought it a perfect match case and we're ready to go.

Light and accurate
Great blood pressure monitor. Extremely accurate but I wish it was just a little smaller in size. Be that as it may, that's simply minor. It is compact and great for the price. Definitely worth the purchase.

They couldn't spare a little more Velcro?
This was too small. But it didn't need to be. Just a little more Velcro and everything would have been peachy. There is only about two inches of Velcro and it was (aggravatingly) out of my reach when I tried to put this around my arm 15 inch arm. Disappointed!!! Thankfully, the seller (Vitasigns) has agreed to refund my money, although I had to pay $10 to ship it back.
