Okay, so I got this today and pulled it out of the box and placed it into the fireplace within 5 minutes. I'm enthralled by this electric heater! I purchased the 23" heater and it fits perfectly in my fireplace, and it looks so real. I tested the heater, and while it puts out a little noise, it's nothing loud or overly annoying. It's a bit like white noise. The remote works from a fair distance, and the flames are so realistic looking. The blower isn't adjustable, but it puts out a decent amount of heat in my smallish living room. It creates a very cozy feeling and really jazzes up my space. I landed this baby when it was on a decent sale, and while I was hesitant to spend this much on essentially a space heater, I'm glad I made the purchase. Fingers crossed it lasts a good while.

I tried another electric fireplace insert and wasn't too keen on the effect, this one was cheaper and looks more realistic (eh, maybe realistic is not the right word, but it is more fun to look at), also the color options and variable brightness is a nice touch for some more customizability. The app control is GREAT. I'm quite glad I can operate from my phone and not have to worry about losing yet another remote. It kicks out a lot of heat too! The fan is audible when the heat is on but it's not too loud and obtrusive.

QUIET! This fireplace is very natural looking and above all, quiet! When the heater is turned on, you do hear the motor/fan running, but it’s not too loud. See the video attached with volume up to hear the difference. The logs and flame look realistic enough to give a beautiful effect. The heater function worked very well in the device puts out really good heat.

Product arrived packaging was excellent. All the different colored flames allow you to adjust it to show best in your fireplace. The heater is amazing puts out lots of heat low noise. Was worried because it did not have a refractory screen but the lights are strong enough to bounce off of your bricks or the metal in your fireplace and look amazingly realistic. Set up is simple and straightforward nothing to assemble except add two AAA batteries to remote control plug in unit and instant fire. I ordered this unit because of the size I have an kiva style fireplace which has a very small opening so this unit fit perfect. Suggest you measure your fireplace and buy the largest unit possible so you get full reflective flames everywhere in the back of the fireplace.

Great fireplace, beautiful colors and decent heat. Front blower perfect for my needs. Integration with Google Home not good, had to create automations for power and temperature, they are clunky and often fail, please fix this!

First, I have to say Rovsun Customer Service is outstanding. There was a problem with my shipment they stayed in touch with me until delivered. Second, pictures does not do this insert justice. Wow! I do not regret this purchase. I ordered the 18", fits perfect, looks so real and quite. Puts out heat great for me. I have not hooked up wifi yet but will. Does come with a remote which is nice. I am definitely a happy customer.

So far so good. I was skeptical, but it's gorgeous. The noise is minimal. The sound disappears into background noise. The fire looks real. The heater is great. If you have a gas pipe across your fireplace like I do, just place it in front of it.

The flames are quite pretty but not realistic. It does give a nice ambiance. I was disappointed with the heating. It doesn’t give as much warmth as I expected. It would run for short time and trip out. It could not warm my living room and I live in a one bedroom. I thought of returning it but decided to keep it for the ambiance.
