I am very pleased with my cameras and the excellent customer service I received from Ray today. Since I am not tech savvy and needed assistance, mainly because I forgot my password to my router, he was able to help me get everything set up with multiple cameras and explained many security details I didn't know about. Now I can look in my on furbabies while I am away. So glad I got HawkCam!Update one year later: I changed routers and needed extra help in resetting up the cameras again. I am just not tech savvy but Ray was so supportive and helped me once again. I now have 4 cameras around the house to watch the furbabies or talk to them while I am away. I am very happy with these cameras.

I am extremely happy with this camera! I needed it to use as a "nanny-cam", and I spent quite a bit of time trying to get it configured correctly. It had a beautiful picture, but I could not get it to connect to my home wifi network! I was about to give up and send it back, but I thought I would give them a call at the phone number provided with the instructions, and I'm so glad I did! Because after speaking with Ray, we came to the understanding that the camera must have had a problem, so he replaced it for me! When I got the new one, I immediately called Ray back, and he walked me through the entire setup again. I must say, it wasn't easy, because the standard setup again, did not work. But Ray refused to give up, and he spent quite a bit of time with me, troubleshooting all aspects of the setup, until he finally came upon the solution!! Once we got it solved, I was up and running and now, I have the peace of mind I need with being able to view the camera from my work. I can't thank Ray enough for the time and effort he put into helping me with this. DON'T GIVE UP ON THE CAMERA!!! Seriously, just call Ray if you need any help!!!

I have tried many different cameras for my home and I would have to say that these are hands down the best I have used. We currently have 4 of these in our house. 2 are this model, and the other 2 are the black ones with the wider angle camera. Setup is easy enough that my wife was able to do it all on her own and in very little time. I think all 4 cameras took her just over half an hour to setup.There are no subscription fees, and it is easy to setup on a remote computer for constant recording(That is if you don't want to use the SD card slot). One really nice thing is that once you set this up on your phone you can connect automatically to them from any location that has wi fi. There is no extra setup involved for this like with many other cameras. One other thing that we really like about this product is that there is very little lag. Other cameras we tested would have as much as 3 to 4 seconds of lag. This one has roughly half a second on our network. Also if you have any questions the customer support is very prompt and helpful.

We needed a basic cam to check out what is going on around our small store and it works really well for that. I can check out how it is going during the day and see how busy it is. We've been using 3 of them now for about 2 months. Stanford B

I just got off the phone with Ray from HawkCam and he was amazing in helping me. I had an issue with my picture being upside down. He patiently guided me through the steps to correct that, patiently made sure that I was online and everything was running fine. I can't say enough about Ray and his patience and kindness! Every company should have such excellent customer service! Will definitely recommend! Don't be mislead by the negative reviews. Any problems, call customer service and Ray will have you up and running in no time!!!

While the camera is as advertised and gives a clear crisp video stream, we could not get it to connect to our home WiFi network. The video tutorials are easy to follow and it should have booted,up easily but didn't. I called the help line and received a very patient response as we went through all the solutions. None worked. I'm bummed since it looked so easy. I may try again later with a new version of this IPCAM but I returned this one to Amazon.

Very nice product for a very good price (excellent picture). Excellent customer service! almost unbelievable... upon calling you get a real person who answers without going through a computer. The technical support is extremely knowledgeable and can quickly help you with your request. Thumbs up!!!

Happy with this camera. In addition to excellent customer service, this camera is very reliable and not difficult to use or install. Best to use with a smartphone or iPad, but can be used with a personal computer also. It also seems to stay online and works well, not many always do that. I would feel comfortable in recommending this to anyone looking for something simple and useful. Security that doesn't require user fees.
