These bars are absolutely delicious! They taste like a chewy cookie/blondie combo and the company is committed to fighting global poverty. The only reason I stopped eating them is because I was told by a health care practitioner that chia seeds are better for you when ground (like in a smoothie) rather than whole. She stated that whole chia seeds can actually have a negative impact on digestion because they can clump together once ingested in a way that ground seeds don't. With quinoa, chia, oats, and flaxseeds, it is seriously wholesome and they taste great, so if you don't have concerns about whole chia seeds, go for it!
