I used it taking 1 capsule per day from December 2 to February 2nd and saw no difference in that 60 day time span. So I upped the amount to two capsules per day, one in the morning and one in the evening.After doing this since February 2nd, today is February 18th, I see some difference, a subtle glow, a clearing that seemed to go beyond all my peels and other face care paraphernalia. I can't remember seeing that calming of my skin, that sort of baby glow before. If you are 59 and thinking one of these will work per day and you will see results in 60 days don't bet on it. I sure didn't! Nada, nothing! But up the dosage and I think you will see a subtle difference within at least 16 days. I have since purchased another brand to see if it is more effective since this says it has rice powder in it but doesn't directly say it has the derived phytoceramides that rice produces in sufficient amounts. I know it has sweet potato phytoceramides;however, all the studies that showed real improvement used rice and the dosage is lower as well with the rice derived phytoceramides. I'll update on how this is progressing and also on how the pure rice derived phytoceramides, which are more expensive, works (one drawback of the rice derived phytos:price). I gave this four stars because it finally did start working only not on the dosage of one capsule per day. If I had given it a rating based on the 1 capsule dosage over 60 days I would have given it a 2 star rating. Yes I know it says it takes 90 days to see improvement but surely at 60 days you should be able to tell something?? Does something miraculous happen on the 90th day? If taking two capsules per day isn't wise I hope someone will post why and what bad things it might do to the body if you take more than one per day.

I just received the product and I'm very happy so far. It comes in a nice bottle and the instructions are very clear - take one a day preferably with a meal; simple! My only complaint is that there is a large sticker covering most of the info on one side of the bottle, but I can easily come to this page to see that info, so no biggie.I'm really excited to be taking this and can't wait to see the results after 6 weeks!! I've really been looking for a good product for my dull looking skin. I was worried that the pill would be too big, but it's not. I have a hard time swallowing pills, but this one is perfect; it's your average capsule size. Any bigger and it would have been too big for me.I have only been taking this for 2 days right now. I will be back in 6 weeks to give a full review and surely rave about how happy I am! :)-------------------------------------Update 11/5/13I have now been taking this supplement about 5-6 weeks and I'm really happy with the results. I did not notice much of a difference myself until looking at before and after pictures; my complexion is definitely brighter and not so dull. I also do not need to use much moisturizer - if any at all. I've always had super oily skin and I've noticed that the oil production has decreased. My only complaint is that it didn't seem to help my hormonal breakouts at all. I have PCOS and get hormonal jawline/neck acne (which is much different from regular acne and resistant to most external products) and was hoping this might help with that, but I didn't see any improvement.On a good note, I went to an event a few nights ago and the first thing my sister-in-law said to me (who I have not seen in about 2 months), was "Oh my goodness, look at your face! You're glowing!" I couldn't believe it. It made me feel really great and I knew for sure that there is indeed a difference in my skin.Just an FYI, I started swallowing this pill daily, but I'm not a big fan of swallowing pills at all. So, I decided to start opening the capsule and mixing it into my daily green smoothie and I've had no issues. It appears to work just the same, maybe even better in conjunction with my  Amazing Grass ORAC Green SuperFood  powder!

I have to say I wasn't sure about this product at first because things that claim big promises sounds to good to be true. Majority of the reviews were good so I gave it a try. I chose this brand because it was made from sweet potatoes. Although I am not sensitive to gluten; I just try to limit wheat because I do get a bit bloated from it sometimes. I did not see immediate results & did not expect to see since I read it takes time. I am 58 years old and do not have deep lines so diminishing lines is not that noticeable yet. I have always had oily skin with large pores At my age, my skin is not as oily & seems to be getting drier, pore size a bit larger and the texture seems not as smooth as it used to be. I've been using this product since the end of January 2014 (about 2 1/2 months now) and have noticed skin seems a little softer and not as dry. Even the pore size seems to be getting smaller. I had a bad break out of eczema on my scalp & since I have been using this product, it has gone away. It has always improved with medicine, but never went completely away. Since it took care of the eczema, I am very happy! And with skin slightly improving, I will continue to take this product. In fact I just placed my second order.

I have been taking one of these at night every night for maybe 3 weeks now. So, I'm looking at my face in the harsh light my hairdresser has at her shop and thinking how my wrinkles look smoother. I'm almost 70, look around 55-60 at most already...and my skin looks better now? OMG! HOWEVER, I am not positive it is these pills making my skin look good. I need more time to decide.But here's the kicker: I am on absolutely NO meds at all. Nothing. I have really good health, but my hairdresser showed me where she does not put my lowlights in which is from the ears down to the base of my neck. My hair is layered but Bob length in the back which is about 3" long from the root I suppose. The hair there--with no dye at all on it--is actually turning darker and, since my hair is silver white, you can see it!!!! It HAS to be these pills because is the only change I have in my entire diet!!!
