Quality Item
We were redoing our guest bath and wanted really high-end finishes. I had gotten another [nice, name brand] shower set, and while waiting for back-ordered items [on just about everything] we took it out of the box and, well, it just felt cheap. We returned it and ordered this one based on others' opinions. The tactile feel of how everything operates with each component is beautiful. The finishes are lovely as well. Most of all, it performs better than we expected and it is the crowning jewel in our 'now, finally completed' bathroom!

This is a quality fixture! I was very impressed- sturdy material, well made, and looks high-price! Great water pressure on both heads. So happy!!!

Works great!
Looks great, my only caution is to make sure your plumber connects the correct waterline to the valve. for the hand spray then separately for the overhead it’s easy to mix up so check it before the wall gets closed up!

Great quality for low price
Very happy with the purchase.. I was surprised that everything was metal and good quality.The instructions aren’t that good, but you or your contractor will figure it out after one quick glance..Overall great purchase

Lasted less than a year
We had this professionally j stalled when we remodeled our bathroom. It’s been up less than a year and the seal broke on the shower head and it fell apart. Waste of money!

Love this shower head!
Love this shower head! Had someone turn my tub into a shower so I couldn't say if it was easy to install. I seen this shower head and had to have it. I'm glad I did cause I love it. So does everyone else that uses it. It's easy to use. Love the style.

This unit is very well made. No problems ar all. Well worth the money.

Already leaking
The style and finish is nice but the faucet is already leaking. I was able to remove the internal water mixer/diverted behind the lever and inspect for damage. The plastics piece appears fine but leaks profusely when both on and off. I wish I could just replace this piece but no luck so far.
