Tasty!!
These were very tasty!! I used them to make a Chestnut Buche De Noel (Chef Bruno Albouze's recipe) and, although I gave it away as a gift, I did have the opportunity to sample :) It came out great!! I soaked them in Cognac for added flavor and, imo, the Cognac did add a lot although I'm sure the Chestnuts would be good on their own.
