Ok book, was not able to pick up packages until I returned home from abroad 4 weeks later. Discovered the book was written in and lined. Not new as advertised.

A useful guide
This is a good guide into mindfulness with several audio tracks to download to help you on your way. I was a sceptic with the whole idea but found myself taking on challenges which I had been avoiding and it was a little while before I realized something had changed inside of me. Give it a try.
