Works really well , and has zero taste and no weird texture. Mixes great in my tea, don’t even need to stir it in. I appreciate that it relieved the constipation gently after just a few days. I noticed the label states it “makes you feel fuller longer” and it does not in my experience, but I didn’t buy it to feel fuller longer.

Love this stuff and it’s wonderful for the price. Mixes easily and really has no taste so if you would rather have it with water you still can! My only complaint is that it did not come with a scoop so I have to use my tsp. Measuring spoons. I have had no stomach discomfort but am going to the restroom more regularly and without struggle!

Great size for daily use. Love this fiber additive. It’s unflavored and mixes easily into water or other drinks. I like to take it with unflavored collagen in warm lemon water in the mornings. I love that it doesn’t have weird additives, flavoring, or dyes.

I use this with hot water to be sure it mixes well, hardly any taste to it, it has a light texture, and helps my stomach quite a bit. Drink plenty of water after. I need a high fiber diet at my age, it was like a little switch was hit that said your old now lol. This Prebiotic Fiber Supplement was the missing part to the food based fiber.

The BEST, easiest to take, plant-based fiber supplement you can buy. Mixes and dissolves incredibly easy. It's in the glass, but you'd never know it. Tasteless and odorless. And it works SUPER well!
