Don't deprive yourself of this
Utterly delicious! Every Chinese dish I've used it in has been taken to the next level. It's absolutely sublime in hot and sour soup. It's a much more complex flavor than simple white vinegar or even rice vinegar.It arrived in excellent packaging with no leaks at all. The bottle was nicely sealed, too.Edit to add - another reviewer mentioned using it as a dipping sauce for dumplings. I tried it, and now I don't think I can ever have anything else! A little grated ginger in this vinegar with a plate of momos or jiaozi is pure heaven. It's definitely going to be a pantry staple from now on!23/11/2022: I came here to order more and thought I'd update my review. This vinegar really has become a pantry staple - I've finished four or five bottles over the last couple of years. Shake the bottle a little before pouring. It is a very strong, distinctive flavor, so use sparingly in dishes where you want to bring other tastes to the forefront. On the other hand, it really is the best dipping sauce for dumplings bar none. Sometimes I mix it with soy sauce and ginger, but usually I just dip the dumplings in plain, and if there's any left over after I'm done eating I do a quick check to make sure nobody's watching and straight-up drink whatever's left in the bowl.On a side note... Isn't it amazing that we can explore all these new tastes just sitting at home? I never knew this existed a few years ago - I'm pretty sure not one of my ancestors ever did either - and now I love it so much. I'm looking forward to finding out what other amazing ingredients and recipes exist that I haven't yet tried!

Really Good
This vinegar tastes incredibly good... especially for Chinese cooking. A bit overpriced, but authentic dark vinegar is hard to get, so this import is welcome.
