Lovely jacket, sent back wrong size

Excellent jacket

Very good quality leather jacket fitted me good but, the sleeves are too long So I return it and the seller was very prompt with the refund.

I ordered some textile trousers for me and a leather bike jacket for my wife. The trousers are great quality and I am very pleased with them, the jacket that was sent was brown instead of black, so I emailed the company and the mistake was very quickly resolved and my wife has a very nice quality black leather jacket, they were great to deal with and went the extra mile to make sure all was sorted, so I have no hesitation in giving five stars and recommending them to anyone who wants quality bike gear at good prices.

This jacket has a lot to live up to. My last jacket is still in good nick but unfortunately in 22 years I have gained a few pounds. I like this jacket, it's heavy, well made and looks stylish. It doesn't have the lower back protection that my previous one had so I drop a star for that as have had to buy separate protector for underneath. The shoulders also feel slightly lacking (however, I suspect that armour is thinner and more technologically advanced these days). I wouldn't be confident in this on a sports bike, but on my low rider I think it's fine. I ordered 2XL, I am 6foot tall and weigh 96 KG. I am impressed that the arms are long enough. The waist sits low which I like, the belt and buckle are a nice addition for some flexibility. It is quite snug (esp round the chesticles), so it will be a summer jacket as you can't pack on too many layers with this. Some thin thermals and a long sleeved T perhaps but not a heavy jumper or body warmer. Overall I think this is a sound buy, and definitely value for money. A thumbs up from me. I'll get back to you in another 22 years and let you know if it stood the test of time!

Bought this for my partner after having bought a heavy duty belstaff style for me. Interestingly, although the brand name is different, this does appear to be made in the same Indian factory as mine, the production values are exactly the same, not such a bad thing, I love my jacket and my partner loves hers. This is a heavy jacket made of heavy duty leather so It's going to take some wearing in to soften it but, as far as I'm concerned, that's a good thing and will result in a good comfy fit. I followed other reviews on here and purposefully bought a jacket a couple of sizes bigger than indicated, it was the right decision, the jacket is loose enough to wear a hoody underneath but looks good without. As I say in the title, a lot of jacket for the money, comes complete with removable high density foam armour.

The item itself is fine, as expected. Unfortunately the entire jacked has a strange waxy feel and has a very odd chemical smell. Hoping it will fade over time.

Cette veste est au top. J'ai pris une taille au-dessus pour anticiper un pull au cas où. Elle est homologuée KP. Les protections sont bien placées, et elle s'enlève facilement si on veut la porter en simple veste. Elle coupe très bien le vent et protège. J'en suis vraiment très contente. Le cuir est d'excellente qualité et les coutures sont propres.

Ich habe bei meiner Erstausstattung pragmatisch auf Funktionalität gesetzt und mich aufgrund des Gewichts für eine Textiljacke entschieden. Auf meiner Chopper finde ich aber, dass eine Lederjacke ein Muss ist. Nach langem Suchen habe ich mich für diese Jacke entschieden, hatte aber Bedenken, ob die Maße passen und ob die Jacke nicht zu kurz ist (trotz Nierengurt bin ich sehr vorsichtig). Heute kam die Jacke an; ich habe sie eine Nummer größer genommen und bin sehr zufrieden. Sie ist nicht zu eng, aber auch nicht zu weit, sauber verarbeitet und sieht einfach richtig gut aus. Eine Jacke, die man theoretisch im Alltag tragen kann, wenn man die Protektoren entfernt (oder einen diese nicht stören). Sie ist länger als meine normale Vanucci-Jacke aus Textil, was ich sehr begrüße. Das Gewicht der Jacke ist allerdings wirklich höher als das einer Textiljacke. Die Protektoren wirken wertig, sind nicht super steif, aber auch nicht ganz so weich wie die in der Lederjacke meines Mannes. Das Leder ist grob, hat dadurch aber einen hohen Coolnessfaktor - passt insgesamt durch das Metall zu meinem Bike in schwarz mit viel Chrom. Durch das grobe Leder ist die Jacke auch sehr steif, aber das war zu erwarten. Die Reißverschlüsse sind leichtgängig, die Nähte sehen gut aus, insgesamt ist die Verarbeitung überraschend gut für den Preis. Ich freue mich, sie nächste Woche erstmals zu tragen und kann sie guten Gewissens weiterempfehlen.

Ordinato il 29 Gennaio e arrivato anticipatamente rispetto alla data prevista di arrivo. Prima di scrivere questa recensione ho preferito usare un po' il giubbotto. E devo dire che sono felicemente soddisfatta, la misura è perfetta, calza benissimo ed è di ottima qualità.
