How many strains of bacteria in one capsule as it said you can take up to 3 capsules a day? So is it 50 b per capsule please?

There are many kinds of bacteria in Physis, - some are likely to also be in some Dairy food., I do not think that Plysis have taken theirs from the Dairy - You would need to write to them directly, asking if their product is dairy-free. My healing from 25 years of Psoriasis could only have been due to the Physis I took after a digestive upset 3 years ago.. I am still free of Psoriasis. I take Physis for a week or two - every so often. It is an amazing product. Another good one is the Digestive Bio-Kult - but it makes me far too hungry ! MVR
