Received shipment quicklyThe feature to keep the bin lid open does not work (the lid will slowly close when activated)The bin has started making loud creaking noises when you open the bin after less than a week of useNo odour filter was supplied with the bin; after purchasing one, the holder for the filter does not click in place very well and sometimes swings open.Disappointed due to the amount of money spent on this purchase; quality needs to be reviewed.

Very happy with this bin. It is very high quality. Nicely finished. Solid. Good action for lifting and lowering the lid smoothly and without noise. The product is rectangular (others are round or oval) which means it fits very nicely in the corner where we placed it. Also the design of the lifting mechanism for the lid means that when it raises, it does not extend beyond the back of the bin (which happens with other bins) and therefore we can place it right against the wall and it doesn't need to move when opened. The only issue is that it is somewhat expensive, hence 4 stars rather than 5.

I love this bin. It looks really smart in my kitchen, it’s clean lines make it very easy to keep clean and I love the separate general waste and recycling sections.

Happy with it overall, how it looks, narrow but tall, suits us.

Hate this bin. Can't take it apart to clean. Flies can get in easily so you end up with maggots constantly any detritus that falls between the bin and surround gets stuck between the plastic moulding inside which can't be taken apart to be cleaned. Ridiculous design. The too bins inside are both too small for family of four.
