Fits perfectly! We took it for a trial run in the swimming pool. The water is not too cool yet but it seems to insulate the body heat. The fabric is light weight which is perfect for my little guy since he doesn't like clothes. He didn't mind wearing this at all, in fact, he seemed to enjoy it. I'm very pleased.

these flip over and ride up on themselves and do not do a great job keeping the dog covered.I tried getting the larger size to see if that helped and it did not. Cute design, just bummed it didn't work. We returned this and got the pilot series which is more of a wetsuit material. This one is a lycra type material.
