Vivon Comfort Foam, Modern Accent Furniture Chair for Dorm / Bedroom / Family room / Game room / Cocoon, Black

I got this as a desk chair for a low-set desk under a loft bed, and it's the perfect size. Obviously it wouldn't work out for a desk of standard height, but it's great for me. It's super comfortable and, try as I might, I can't knock it backwards when I lean or rock back on it. It does tip forward quite a bit if I rock forward, but it still hasn't tipped. It's very firm when I plop onto it, but still incredibly soft. The cover for the chair is incredibly tight fitting on mine, and was a bit of a hassle to get on. The cover itself has a honeycomb pattern to it that I only notice when I'm up close to it, so it isn't as smooth-looking as the picture. The only real neck/head support happens when you curl up on the chair or lean back to lounge, and I can't say anyone above 5 feet (my height) would get that. So, this is good for small adults, teens and children.I'll update this as the chair gets more use.

I've had this chair for a while now, I have found it to be very comfortable. I use it primarily as a video gaming chair. The weight of the chair is more substantial than you'd expect out of a foam chair, so it really does feel solid when you are sitting in it. My only gripe with the chair would be it would be nice if it had a little higher back rest. I'm a tall guy, so I need to slouch a little for better support. Normally not a concern though, especially when playing some games.

Love the firm, yet comfortable foam. I am very displeased with the covers!! They hang loosely and are not fitted as the pictures show.

Form was shrinked and deformed and cover fitted too loose. It was very difficult to repack for return.

I find the Vivon Comfort Foam Chair to be okay.It's probably great in a dorm room but that's about it.would I buy it again?No.As others have mentioned:The slip cover is a bit janky & is easily rumpled.The chair is fairly comfy but it's overall appearance is Meh!If you have college kid & the chair is on sale, then go right ahead.Otherwise, keep looking.I would've returned it but it's bulky & tough to repackage not-to-mention...I'm too busy & too lazy to bother.Note: The manufacturer (Vivon) has a poorly executed GOOD idea.IMO-They could do better.

This is made with real dense memory foam and not spongy associated with less dense foam or foam with gel. It is a sturdy chair that does not tip or have any issues when you sit down or rise from the chair. As soon as I took off the plastic wrap, it was expanding to full size so I started to install its zippered cotton cover after waiting for a few seconds. I needed all of my 150 pound weight to keep it folded in order to install the final steps of the cover. Remember that the zippers should be on the bottom of the chair when you finish putting the cover on it. I like the chair and the two minutes to put on the cover is the hardest part of getting the chair ready to use. It is a quality cotton cover and not something that felt like it could ripped while stretching the cover to fit the chair and it is a tight fit. It is a little rounded on the bottom but it does not rock even if you wanted to use it as a rocker.

Great looking chair and very comfortable. Took one star away because I really wish you could purchase replacement chair covers. Mine is already snagged after just a few weeks and it really detracts from the great look of the chair. Replacement covers for purchase please!!

I just received this chair and pulled it out and it expanded right away, It is firm but comfortable and seems to be very well constructed. I bought this for my travel trailer as my husband sprawls out on the couch and kids sit at the dinette and mom has no where to sit and watch tv in the evenings, It is super comfy and the perfect size. My son is already trying to claim it from me and I said no it is mine....I said see what happens when you leave mom no where to sit....I get a cool chair and yall don't! Great chair for small spaces or kids room and my son would like one as a gaming chair for Christmas!
