I started take the Bach flower remedies in 2006, The first one was Star of Bethlehem, so I could tell my dad that I was going to be ok, and goodby in 2011, and all thought school to focus, and learn to do the work, all over again, it took me 3 years, now 10 years later I am still doing the White Chestnut,so, my brain will stop going so fast, and it changes the way I do things now, I tell my brain to stop and do the Bach Flower. I don't freak outI could NOT have done, or come this far without the Bach Flower remedies,

I used the “calm the mind” on a plane ride. I usually have horrible anxiety especially sitting near the window. It can get so bad I have threatened to get off the plane because I get so overwhelmed. Thinking about being on a plane makes my chest tight. Well I travel and have to fly so I used 4 drops upon entering the plane and 2 drops when we landed and had to wait to get off. THIS WORKS!!!! I was calm the entire time!!!!! I was so grateful to God!
