Customer service was amazing! I am very pleased with this light! It's perfect for me. It has three different settings which I love. It's also very easy to charge! I will definitely order from them again!Also I attached some pictures that I have taken with the ring light.

I bought this item to have it for my makeup photos while I was away from my ring light. I was so disappointed when I got it and it was defective. It came with no instructions what so ever but it was super simple to figure out. I plugged it in the charge and the light came on. I figured I'd let it charge up for a couple of hours. I unplugged it and it doesn't work without being plugged in to the charger... FAIL! So I figured that's okay Ill just keep using it plugged in. Until I noticed that the LED lights kept changing in brightness... It has three levels but I couldn't get it to stay put on just one level. It kept dimming and then getting brighter. It would have been an awesome product if it just would have worked. Sucks it didn't. I had to return it.

It's okay.. The charger that came with it is too big to fit into any usb plug in.. Wth? Why would they make it so big?? If you have an android type charger that will work, lucky I had one layingAround.. Not instructions at all.. No English on the back, straight from China.. To turn on the light after charging hold the button down for a second then it will turn on.. You have to hold it for a second though because if you just click it, it won't turn on.. It's not too soft but it's okay

It's so cute , just a little bit biger than I thought but it's ok . The light is perfect for your selfie , make your picture look more beautiful

It comes with a foreign usb cord to charge it but any micro usb will work. The packaging is awsome!

So bummed that this didn't turn out to be a great light. It is so finicky and all it does is flash the entire time. Very disappointed with it. No instructions come with it so you have to figure it all out on your own. It takes forever to charge and the three settings seemed to work but after about 3 seconds all it does is strobe on and off. I'm so tired of getting junk products from Amazon! So very disappointing!!! I don't recommend you waste your money!!! (I guess there's a reason it is advertised at the price it is) you get what you pay for and typical ring lights are pretty pricey... Save your money and invest in one of those!

Absolutely love it! Very much worth it! I mainly use for YouTube video lighting so this was perfect
