Lovely fresh smell
I just used one crystal in hot water in a mug a put it beside me and it did clear my head … but…. be careful with it near your eyes as it will affect them if you have it too close….

Natural and effective
Love these powerfull crystals . I only add litterally a couple of strands to a container of boiling water and inhale with a towel over the head . At first it makes you cough but continue to intake and the relief is amazing. Remember to close your eyes as may make your eyes water. Also DO NOT INGEST

Great when you have a cold or your sinuses are bunged up! Use sparingly and wash your hands afterwards as you definitely don’t want to be rubbing your eyes after handling one of these crystals!

Clear your Head !!
Whooo ! These are great! They definitely clear your nose and head! Do note that you only need a small amount in a bowl of hot water - careful not to inhale too deeply, as your eyes will start to water and clear your head instantly (bit like smelling salts) The aroma lasts a good while and the room will smell like menthol for hours! A great buy!

Didn't like them at all
They do smell of menthol but there is another smell alongside which I couldn't quite identify. I bought them to inhale because of blocked sinuses but it wasn't a particularly pleasant experience. If you do decide to try them DON'T put many in a bowl of water to inhale. You'll blow your head off. I really can't recommend.
