Folks, this herb is no joke!. I had my lymph nodes swollen for almost 3 months due to a chronic viral infection (EBV and CMV Since 1995) and history of lymphoma. I could barely eat because my tonsils were almost touching each other (super swollen) and the irradiated pain towards my ears and head was unbearable even when I drank water. I could control the pain with NSAID's but as we know, that doesn't solve the root of the problem, and still I had considerable pain when eating or drinking. I refused to go to the MD because I knew what was coming for me ( Biopsy! hell no!), so I gAfter taking Pau d'arco (6 caps) + Cat's claw (6 caps) + Bromelain 1500 gdu (1 cap) with 4oz of grapefruit juice mixed with 4 oz of water, twice x day on an empty stomach 30 min before a meal, and in 3 days I have no more inflammation!. My tonsils returned to normal and even though I still feel a tiny discomfort when swallowing, it is like a small fraction of the pain that I had to go through. The nodes are shrinking but they are still around 30% the size they used to be 4 days ago! (In such a short period of time it's dramatic the change!). I am sooooo happy and grateful for having access to this wonderful nature's miracle!. I'm just so f happy!

Been using Pau D' Arco for 20years for stomach issues. I make a tea with it for upset stomch, two caps in 4oz of boiling water, sip when temp allows. Then four capsules's 3x's daily till better. It's something I insist on having on hand always! Tip, there are several brands. I haven't found a bad one yet!

A famous doctor on the internet that I trust who is in his middle 60's but looks 40's, takes this daily in his regimen. My hubs and I started this and we can tell a difference!! Energy, mood and regularity. We did go through a little detox after about 10 days.To be expected if it really works. The quality is high or I don't think we would have these positive effects.

It's a good product worth the price

I take this product daily, along with a cup of Pau D' Arco tea daily. Epstein Barr virus is directly related to Hashimoto's disease, and neuropathy of the feet. When I drink red wine, the neuropathy flares up, and the Pau quiets it back down. I am NOT giving up red wine, so this keeps things in balance.

I have severe allergy and my doctor has been prescribing 3 types of medications for me to take morning and evening. I am also prone to getting cold and flu, even with flu shot. I used to take Lapacho and it worked like magic, taking care of early sign of cold or flu. The product that I took is no longer in production and by chance I found this one. I have been taking this for a few weeks and I was able to kick 2 medications immediately and can breathe easily, my sinus is totally gone. I highly recommend this product to anyone that has my similar symptoms.

I hardly ever review supplements because it is hard to identify the effect with the product. However, I noticed a couple right away: 1) It seemed to eliminate an ongoing headache issue. I like to have a drink or two in the evening. Yet I have always had to deal with the trade off of suffering a mild headache in the night or the next day. No longer! 2) There does seem to be a boost to my mood and energy. However, I only take one a day. The recommended dosage eventually made me a little low energy.
