Just another Dr. Oz scam. How does he get away with it? Didn't do anything for me but take my money.

I've been taking this supplement for a full week now and have to say that I've got a lot more energy. I've also cut way back on my coffee intake by about four cups a day. I'm only taking one pill a day as opposed to the recommended two pills.I'm not usually big on vitamins and supplements but green coffee extract has some real benefits according to the research I've done and all potential side effects are related to the high dosage of caffeine in each pill. Since I already drink way too much coffee I haven't seen any jitteriness or other possible side effect from caffeine. I have, however experienced an increase in appetite and had a ton more energy to get me through the day. I also haven't suffered from those caffeine crashes where I need a cup of coffee at three in the afternoon to get me by. In this respect I've been able to cut my afternoon coffee intake completely and am now sleeping better at night.Honestly this supplement has done wonders for me in a short period of time and I expect to continue taking this well into the future.I do want to warn those not taking large amounts of caffeine in their daily diet already that these are really very high in caffeine.Also, I want to mention that I recieved these at a significant discount for testing and to provide an honest and truthful review.

This stuff is no joke. I'm not sure what process they use to extract the supplements. I am assuming it is a very advanced system because these are pretty potent. If you are taking them, make sure you don't take them at night but in the morning or lunchtime. The green tea and coffee extract are something that can help with metabolism. I recommend these supplements. Just make sure you ease into taking them. A standard dose is two caplets, but you may want to start with one until you get used to the energy.I received this product at a discount for my honest review.

So far, these are probably the best I have found since the old oxy elite.Just got these a few days ago as a trial product for a review on this site. So far, so good. They do not upset my stomach, they do not make me fell jittery or give me a headache, and they do curb the cravings. Where I knocked off a star, they do after a while give me a very mild heart burn feeling (but most of these products do), and though they work for hours and hours, when it wears off it wears off with a vengeance. I can go from plugging along to starving in the span of 30 minutes. I know these arent supposed to keep you from ever eating again, its just a very sudden drop off and it was unexpected. With all the items in this capsule that could potentially keep you awake at night, it has not affected sleep so far. I would buy these again, and the experience was so positive really overall that I would probably be willing to try other products offered by this company,.

Well, it has its pros and cons.I was using another product with Garcinia Cambogia that TRULY suppressed your hunger before, this one doesn't do a good job at that. I does help me (and I'm only speaking for myself) stay up the entire day without the "2:30 crash".

So far i feel it is doing ok. You still have to watch what you eat and do not over eat.

A person trying this for the first time, or a person that never used any like products, may feel the benefits they should, but after a few days, you will feel less, so keep strong. Their suggested daily dose is 2 capsules per day making this a 45 day supply. Comes well within the expiration.So, despite not knowing the dosages of each ingredient to determine if the key ingredients are dosed right, this does have effective ingredients (on paper). BUT the cost is OUTRAGEOUS!! Vital Metabolism has to crazy to charge that much money for what is IMO an average product, not to mention. WOW $59.00 for a 45 day supply of an average weight loss supplement! You could spend half that price and but an as good or even better product! But if you do not care what is going in your body so don’t mind proprietary formula & you also have a money tree, this is a good product.***** UPDATE *****Since my review Vital Metabolism has dramatically dropped their price by 50%.
