Great low fat treat
We have been using these for a few years now having discovered them when one of our dogs had pancreatitis. High protein, low fat. Perfect, especially now we have a middle aged dog who is a bit portly. The smell isn't great but it's not awful and you get used to it and we just put them in a sealed container once opening the bag. The dogs love them

Great price but plenty of broken bits
Dog lives them and a good price (these are the smaller cubes). The only negative is that there are quite a few broken cubes leaving a large amount of buys in the bottom of the bag.

Would You Consider This Okay For Your Dog?
Very disappointed in the quality, especially after checking very carefully the information about Maltby's.I currently buy Skippers, but with the Maltby's stating that they are a dog loving family run business based in Hull, and with nowhere (that I can see) saying that their products can come from Asia (I won't assume they all do). With these treats being £5 cheaper (but with hindsight more expensive than I'd pay for fish skins being imported from Vietnam), I thought "give them a go".I opened the delivery this morning and my first impression was not good. The bag had a greasy look to it, and the cubes are very broken up and bitty (although this could just be the DPD delivery). The label did not make me feel any more confident in the contents. You may say I am being a fussy, it's just for the dogs, but I am very particular about what goes in to my dogs. These are definitely not going in. Yes, the dogs were interested in the box when they arrived, and yes I dare say they would eat them with gusto, but dogs also indulge in coprophagy, so I tend not to be swayed by any dog's opinions.Maybe I was just expecting too much for £18.95.I don't like returning things, but I'd rather pay the extra £5 for a trusted brand. These came next day delivery, so maybe Maltby aren't aware, but I thought those of you that are like minded would prefer to know.I'm quite sad that I've had to write this type of review, but I'll keep this feedback updated if there is any change to the outcome.

MAINLY SMALL SIZED CHUNKS.
There is really nothing to dislike about these chews, since it's not the first time that I've ordered them! Yes some of the chews do break up but the dogs still love the bits sprinkled over their meal! (SO NOTHING IS WASTED)

Too many broken bits
The squares that were whole are fine but almost half the bag is broken bits of squares. Will stick to fish for dogs in future as they are always all whole squares. Was trying to save money but obviously not.

Fish skin blocks for Dogs
Natural product of dried fish / fish skins. Good for cleaning dog’s teeth and also a good treat with no bad ingredients added. A self seal bag would be nice to keep them air tight for storage. Not cheap for what they are, but at least it’s supporting British Fishing industry.
