Well made . Good images. Covers whole body workout. All exercises on one side so you don’t have to flip it around.

This poster is incredibly versatile. You can easily create a personalized workout routine and the laminated surface allows for easy use with dry-erase markers, so you can adapt your exercises and track your progress without any hassle.

The quality of this is very nice. I need to get it into a poster frame as it has quite a “rolled up” memory. I tried rolling it backwards and storing it, but it dies like to still roll up. I taped it to my sliding glass door until I get a frame for it.

Wish it was a little bigger

We made a home gym and have hung these posters up on the walls. It helps to create great workouts without having to look up things online. It also breaks exercises down based on parts of the body, which is super helpful!!

Put a couple of these up on the wall of our in-home gym to decorate it a bit and found that I refer to it regularly for new exercises. Good quality too.

I like the excercises on this one, The difficulty notes are helpful and the pictures are easy to follow. The only real issue I have is that it is a bit overpriced for a poster... I know gym wquioment prices have jumped thanks to 2020 but this one is a bit more than I think it should be. I rate this a solid 3 star buy.. The quality is solid and if you are willing to pay this price you will be happy with this poster... Just my thoughts, AK
