Worked great to color white fabric hats

The color is intense, which is good, but it did not work out on the reverse tie dye shirts I made. I don’t know that spray paint would have turned out any differently. This spray dye really sat on the surface of the cotton shirts and didn’t really “soak in” like I’d hoped. It also looked like spray paint since it didn’t at all soak into the black color of the shirts. Just a big mess. It also made the shirts super stiff and rigid. It also used all of one can just trying to get the front side of one shirt covered. And that was splitting the pattern between a can of yellow and a can of blue Color Shot dye! Not a good value for the money. Even with white shirts, I wouldn’t use this product again.

This would work best for very small projects. There's very little paint per can and for the price you're better off going a different route. The paint isn't too opaque either so you'll have to go over areas multiple times. The smell is also shockingly strong. I regularly craft with spray paint and e6000 glue and this is worse than those combined. I won't be repurchasing for future projects.

Bright and beautiful color and its easy to apply to your fabric

Expect to use 2 bottles per 1 18" pillow. Sprays great out of the bottle, dries stiff but a great and inexpensive refresh to the sun faded outdoor pillows.
