Ordered it cz i found it fancy. BUT.. i don’t want to use normal sugar anymore. Made lemon curd with it, there is no need to add vanilla essence if u are using this sugar. It was a perfect lemon curd for sure. Also added a little to my tea and coffee for that hint of vanilla and absolutely loved it. Just one request, plz make 1-2kg packs of this sugar as well, i might need a lot of it for baking in this festive season. And if it is already available please help me with the link. Happy to use it. Keep it up.
