A lot of hangers are terrible if you want to hang your t-shirts up.I don't use a dresser and hang all of my long sleeve t-shirts and short sleeve t-shirts.The only problem is often hangers are just a bit too big to easily insert through the collar.Most you have to stretch out the neck to get the hanger in.Not with these beauties. They are fantastic size for my t-shirts. They don't have the felt which snags the shirts and are tough to get in and out. They don't tend to snag the cloth as many plastic hangers do because they have sharp tags from manufacturing still left from improper de-burring.I love that these are heavy duty and unlikely to bend very easily. Sometimes with my heavier shirts the plastic ones can deform slightly. I love that these are narrow like the felt kind so lots of shirts can be hung unlike the thicker plastic kind.The hanger part is ample and will fit over relatively larger clothing bars. Although the hanger doesn't have the tiny rounded bead on the curved portion like one sees on other hangers with metal curves, the end is relatively smooth and I am not in fear of it snagging on some cloth incidentally.These look to be a very nice quality and the welds are nicely done without anything to gouge or snag the clothing.Now I just need to get a lot more and finally replace those lousy felt hangers I got at BB&B. Those are much harder to use in general and I have had many simply break.These hangers are just much much better quality.

These hangers are thick, strong steel, well made appear to be able to hold whatever you want within reason. They easily would be able to hold a spring or fall jacket, a blazer or any piece of clothing you wanted of that size and weight. I slowly have been weaning out my lighter weight hangers and upgrading to heavier weight ones. I am willing to pay the price because it is worth every penny. My clothes hang better on these and it's easier and neater in the closest.

Honestly, I think velvet hangers are for ladies, sorry, not sorry. These are perfect for my hoodies and jackets. Very study and strong and do not take up much space.

I bought these to use for our heavy winter coats. I’d hoped they were as good as the set I’d bought from BBB…they aren’t. Not returning them, I’ll just use these for the lighter weight coats and jackets.

I bought these to hang heavier coats on and so far I am impressed. The hook is a bit bigger, but it works, so I’m good with it.

I have transitioned all hangers to these out of necessity in having a 3' wide closet and too many clothes to fit in there comfortably. They are thinner than plastic and way more heavy duty... no more broken hangers. The best part is that they thin out the items in the closet enough to make it easier to locate an item and to hang clean stuff back in there when laundry time rolls around. If you have space challenges in an overstuffed closet and need to thin out, try hangers first, not clothes!!!
