Rust-Oleum 249126 Painter's Touch 2X Ultra Cover Spray Paint, 12 oz, Flat White

This is great for protecting any decoupage, artwork, or anything you want a clear coat on. It's easy to shake and spray on. I highly recommend that you do it outside on a non-windy day. It covers well and makes your work look even better with the finishing touch. It's definitely worth the investment of your hard work to protect it. You can even use it on artificial flowers that are outside for graveside or wreaths. It helps repel the misty weather and does help hold flowers in place.

I’m so impressed with this spray paint! I used it on some old furniture, and it came out looking completely new smooth, even, and vibrant. It was easy to apply and dried quickly without any drips or streaks. Definitely transformed my pieces and exceeded my expectations. I’ll be using this on all my DIY projects from now on!

Bought this to spray paint wicker decorations. Did not use a primer. Wicker was white or light wood color. Used outside for ventilation from smell or spray. Sprayed thin coat and allowed that to dry. Sprayed second coat and while that was still tackey added glitter and shimmer which stuck to the tacky paint. When that was dry , used a clear gloss and applied to thin coats and allowed to dry in between. Decorations came out great. So far no peeling of the paint. The key is thin coats and allowing to dry.

I use cases of Satin Canyon Black. This is the most cost effective way to buy it. Great paint, great cover, great sheen, easy to spray. My Favorite got to rattle can brand and color.

Used this on a wooden sanded dowl and on some cardboard for a play sword project. The coverage is very decent; the wood portion after painting looked great and looked very realistic, only used two quick coats. It really does cover nicely. I also had no problem with the nozzle getting clogged, as i've bought sprays from amazon just to have them already be dried and not functioning. I was happy this one was smooth and ready to paint. Perhaps it was user error, but the cardboard cereal box I sprayed did not really want to dry? I waited 24 hours and noticed as I was handling the cardboard that the paint was getting on my fingers. I had to rethink that portion of my sword. Even the porous side of the cardboard seemed to have the paint rub off.

I ordered this Rust-Oleum paint in gloss apple red, and it's exactly what I needed, and I used it up on various art projects. I transformed two ugly pieces of furniture into something cute and artistic, and I used on metal to do the same. Initially, I was just going to do a solid coat, and then I just started messing around with it and creating a sponging effect and slightly removing some of the paint to make it look aged. I then used some decals on one of them and put a clear coat over it. The paint seems to be good quality, however, I just did this so it's the early stages. I didn't notice any leakage, and it's sealed well. The smell was expected and I used the proper equipment to protect my lungs. This can was a decent size, but I really need to order several of these at a time since I'm constantly doing things. I don't have any complaints, I love this color, and I love this brand, thank you.

Long time Rustolium user. While working on a 1944 International Harvester Farmall H tractor, I ran into an issue with the front rims. They were badly damaged and rusted. I was able to find some decent used ones but they too had a fair amount of rust and minor damage. I considered getting the rims powder coated but the cost was prohibitively high. So I opted for painting them. The only question was what paint would match the stock silver aluminum paint. After some research and forum time I discovered other people had used this Rustolium paint. I cleaned the rims with wire brushes and Rustolium Rust remover then used the wire brush once more. After a thorough cleaning, Rustolium rust converter primer went down, then 20 hours later, 3 coats of this aluminum Rustolium paint. Now the rims look like new. After a couple coats of clear coat, rims will be ready for new tires. This Rustolium aluminum paint went on smooth and was very forgiving when trying to get it into small holes. It works great and looks amazing. Highly recommended.
