First of all... the product came broken. One of the arms on the chair had cleanly snapped off. I still gave 5 stars because I'm sure that wasn't a manufacturer or seller issue... I'm sure it was the fault of the postal office or delivering service. Either way, because it was a simple break, I was able to super glue the arm back on and you couldn't even tell. I got lucky in that aspect. I bought this for my mom who loves anything to do with the beach, and her house is decorated all in a beach theme. She loved it! Also, this picture frame is ALOT bigger than what I thought it was going to be!! It was a surprise, but a good one because it can hold a nice, big photo. Overall I loved it.Edit: Wow... I just went and read a ton of other reviews about this product, and almost every single one of them says that their's arrived broken in some way too!!! Apparently this is an ongoing issue, so it makes me wonder if it IS the seller and poor packaging. I was lucky that mine was a simple, clean break. Others had it alot worse than me. Read all reviews if you want to purchase this because it seems like there's a 80-90% chance yours will arrive broken too!

ALthough one of the stars was broken and loose when I got it. THis frame is really cute. The actual place where the picture goes is small... the actual chair is larger than I thought it was going to be.

After reading several reviews dating back to 2015 about frame arriving in pieces I thought to myself, what would be the odds that mine would arrive damaged. Wrong! I will have to spend some time putting it back together. It is a nice wood frame, I just think they need to spend more time on packing their merchandise.

This is a very cute picture frame, however the construction is such that it is extremely susceptible to breakage if it is not properly packed for shipping, which this seller did NOT do. It arrived with one of the arms broken off and cracked in two places. I didn't realize this before the return window expired (I'd purchased this as a gift). I will not be purchasing a replacement (or anything else for that matter) from this seller.

I liked the frame but had to replace a shell. Other than that, it suited our purpose well. It was a gift.

I was hesitant to order this based off the reviews stating many of them arrived broken. But I really liked it and took a chance. My item arrived in a timely manner and well packaged. Sturdy wood. Nothing seems "cheap" or fragile about the item. Very cute for my beach themed bathroom.

This item is of nice quality and had a lot of small details put into it that make it a good buy. Unfortunately, it was packaged poorly and several places on the chair were damaged while in transit. For example the chair's back leg wasn't wrapped well so several pieces splintered off. I plan on trying to super glue it back. Just be cautious of this, if you read other reviews they'll say the same happened to them.

Thia frame was beautifully made and it's larger than I thought which is a good thing.I just love it & if they had more colors like light blue or peacch I'd buy them.It's a BEAUTIFUL frame!!!You should buy it you'll be happy you did :)
