I like how easily and clearly the book is broken down, not too much for a (uninterested) teen to process while still offering insightful methods to envision/generate positive (yet straightforward- manageable) changes

Super cute book with great quotes and inspiration throughout. However, somehow I didn't expect it to be a full book. Have to open up, flip to the day/date, and then read the days quotes. Not what I thought it was, but still nice.
