The nature of this product and for it to work like it is suppose to do with safety, it needs to be SIMPLE. Do not expect this product to look "expensive" when it arrives with expensive looking parts. With that understanding, Vo Ball is designed to perfection with many features that cannot be easily copied or made AND YOU ONLY KNOW THIS IF YOU HAVE BOUGHT THE PRODUCT AND USED. It is more complex than what most will think when just looking at it. It is not just "tie a tennis ball on a string." Vo Ball comes with 2 sizes of balls that can be changed out quickly, allows you to adjust the ball to any height, important ceiling safety measures, easy installation for home use including drywall ceiling and able to detach quickly for store away leaving a small little white thing that is not an eye sore in your ceiling! All the components are depended on each other to have all these features and still keeping it VERY SIMPLE and EASY TO USE. Very effective training tool and it's designed to perfection for its purpose.

This product does not meet the standards of those Vo Ball System videos(made by the maker) that I seen. In which that video footage shows a cork or something being pushed all the way into the ball(while locking in) which tightly stays in the ball through out a nice work out. But in reality the cork or something does not go all the way into the ball until it locks in. But instead it just simply slips through the hole with no locking in, and the ball easily disconnects with any level of hard activity. Furthermore the material of my ceiling does not hold the structure of the Vo Ball System while it is being used for it will come out of the ceiling when contact is made. So I had to use the screws from my ceiling light bulb structure in order to hold up my Vo Ball System while it is in use.

I received this as a gift from my wife, as she knows I am into fitness, and had shown her a video I saw on a Facebook ad. At first I thought it was a waste of money...just a ball on a string that I could've made myself. When I got it set up I realized that the designer made all the parts very well (it comes with two sized balls for more of a challenge with the smaller, it adjusts heights easily which I was surprised about, and has held up really well so far).After watching a video of a guy using it on YouTube, I practiced some more and got really good at slipping punches. It was almost like having a sparring partner, and have been able to work up a nice sweat from it. Great product! Thank you VoBall.

I would say it is a pricey box and you are paying for something that cost about 3 bucks tops. However, it is a gift and hope to see it in use. I cannot say fully until it is in use.I think it will be fun anyway! I would order this for someone who really loves martial arts. I can see getting bored with it fast. I think it has great value for kids martial arts classes and so we will find out! Hard to review but if I saw it on a shelf? I would pass it by due to price.

Amazing! I love it and can't stop using to workout. Only issue is I have knocked it out my ceiling twice. Once was a little forceful and broke the drywall screw dislodging it...the second time my daughter hit in a downward motion and broke the drywall screw ripping it out the ceiling.

You can tell there is more to develop with this product as far as tutorials, training, set-up, etc. I'm an experienced martial artist and I love this thing, but I have ceiling fans in all of my rooms in my house! I found a spot I can use, but it does limit what I can do. It's fun and you can do so much regarding timing, cardio, speed work, acuracy...punches, kicks, elbows - the works! Your accuracy, movement and timing will improve!

This is such an awesome product and the sellers have been nothing but nice and helpful. I am a Mixed Martial Artist and highly recommend this product. You will notice improvements in hand eye coordination, timing, and develop skills in footwork when moving around. This product moves with you in any direction you please and can come back and knock you in the face if you mess up(which I love). Fully adjustable to practice any kind of moves from spinning back elbows, knee strikes and wheelkicks. Very simple but yet very effective training tool -Fabian

Love using it for training. Even my 4 year old daughter enjoys it. Maybe just better instructions on the set up; I had to YouTube it to clarify a few steps.Other than that it's helping me a lot with speed and reflexes.
