I had read some of the reviews saying this was plastic and not stainless steel. I have been designing and building custom kitchens for 50 years, this is indeed all stainless steel! The quality so far is amazing. It’s a very pricey item but if you’re looking for something that that looks good and hold a lot of liquid soap this fits the bill nicely. Even the stem is extra long and goes all the way to the bottom of the can, A great feature most Manufacturers don’t have I expect this the last of a long time! Will definitely recommend to others!

I've only had this for about a week, but it seems well made and pumps nicely, and is the perfect size to hold a good amount of dish soap without taking up a ton of space on the counter. It's kind of plain looking, but I bought a decal for it and I'm really happy with the overall look. So much easier than using the store bottles, and my kids are able to better judge the right amount of soap now, so overall, this was a win for us!

Looks nice, no rusting.

Ok it’s been 2 years, but it’s always been inside in a half bath… and it rusts?!?!? Eventually the dark spot became a hole, and now the night before Thanksgiving it leaks soap all over my granite vanity top!!Do not buy!!!

Sturdy and useful. One suggested improvement would be to have a window down the side to see when your soap is getting low.

I wanted a large container for the kitchen and the bathroom to limit how often it needs to be refilled. The amount that it dispenses is optimal for my needs. Perfect diameter of the bottle to limit space requirements. Fingers crossed that the internal springs do not rust as others commented on.

Finally a dispenser large enough so that I don’t have to constantly refill it. I use it for dish soap. I’ve had it long my enough to feel comfortable writing a review. It compliments my kitchen after the remodel. Pump also works fine. I haven’t noticed rust or corrosion around the pump which I’ve experienced with previous soap dispensers. I would recommend to others.I’d also purchase it (same brand) in oil rubbed bronze when I next need new soap dispensers for the bathrooms.I rated the 3 on thickness because I have no idea what that means.I don’t like the dispensers built in through the granite. They are too dang hard to refill.

The item as pictured has no separation in the neck. The unit I received would not sit flush with the neck. There was 1mm gap on one side of the neck where the top screws on distorting seamless neck. I requested a return but the return would not pump out the soap. So I kept the first one and returned the replacement. Now I just have turn the bottle to hide the gap in the neck.

Simple and effective. Easy to control the amount being dispensed. Recommended.

really nice looking bottle for in shower use, wanted to find something non plastic that wouldnt be dangerous in the shower like a glass bottle. really like this bottle as i can take it to my local refil shop.also like that one pump doesn't dispense too much product

I liked it initially but in less than a year the bottom rusted and left stain on counter. Junk.

The straw had a very small bore and is not suitable for less viscous materials like shampoo.
