I am drinking a lot of green tea because of known health benefits. Not only excudes the mountain tea a fresh, healthy aroma but I feel that drinking this tea will lessen the risks of getting Alzheimer in the future. According to studies, this tea has "Thiethylperazine" which helps scrub the brain of amyoid plaques responsible for Alzheimer disease. I have purchased a new supply of mountain tea several time and will continue so.

This Greek Mountain Tea boiled to a very clean nice flavor. I boiled the same batch twice and still received a good flavor. I originally was introduced to this tea while visiting a family in Kalamata, Greece, back in 1992. I brought back these leaves, then, because I loved the tea's hot flavor. Now, I am happy to say I can drink that delicious hot Greek Mountain Tea again.

This has a pleasant taste and reminds me what my yiayia used to make for when we were sick. Great to have to have around the house to drink especially if you feel like you are coming down with a cold. I usually brew this in combination with mint or chamomile tea.

I had this tea while in Greece, and loved it. This is the real thing - tastes just as it did in Greece.Also supposed to good for your brain. Can't vouch for that!
