Takes a long time to germinate
Lavender can be slow to germinate so it takes quite a long time for anything to show up. Once they do sprout, they don't look like lavender leaves. I frankly thought they were weeds but when I rubbed the tiny leaves, they had that unmistakable lavender aroma. I didn't have much luck the first year I sowed them but I took more care and patience the second year and have been rewarded with little lavender plants. I recommend keeping them in a sheltered spot to sprout and grow a few inches before transferring them to the garden. Patience is the word when growing lavender from seed.

Disappointing
I followed the instructions, kept the seeds in wet paper towel sheets and covered it in the refrigerator for 30 days, not a single seed sprouted! Left them for extra week, nothing happened. Afterwards I planted them as per exact instructions into a fertilized soil in pots using miracle gro potting soil, a month later NOTHING, absolutely NOTHING!

Difficult to germinate
Tried to germinate two different ways. Direct sow before winter and sowed in tray and put through a cold spell. Both processes did not work.It doesn't mean the seeds are bad.

Not a plant person
I'll have to order more and see if I can keep them alive this time. My bad.

Lavender seeds
I planted the seeds in an outdoor chimney corner. They sprouted quickly. I can’t wait for them to flower.

Seeds don't produce
I've tried planting these seeds 3 different ways. In ground, starter pots, and clay pots. The seeds do not produce. I rate the packaging a 1 because it's pretty, but I've yet to see a plant. Would not buy it again. Waste of money!
