Clotted Cream English 6 Ounce (Pack of 4)

I tried the Clotted Cream English brand for my tea parties and it exceeded my expectations. The cream is rich, smooth, and has a delightful, authentic taste that pairs perfectly with scones and tea. Each 6-ounce jar is the perfect size for multiple servings, making it convenient for gatherings or just enjoying at home. After opening there’s only a 14 day shelf life refrigerated.The quality of the clotted cream is top-notch, with a thick consistency. It transported me straight to England with every bite. If you love traditional British treats, this clotted cream is a must-have. Highly recommend!

If you can get this when it’s good, it’s fine. This was not that. Even wrapped in bubble wrap, some jars were broken, others had their lids popped. One that was whole and the lid sealed, when opened smelled and tasted rancid. Date code is far in the future, so it must have been bad when packed. EXTREMELY expensive so I am VERY disappointed.

Despite the "best by" date being 6 months from now, all 4 jars arrived spoiled. The lids were all slightly open, causing them to go bad in transit. There was a bad smell and liquid pouring from the box they came in. This is very disappointing as we were looking forward to clotted cream on scones for Christmas.

If the company is going to sell this product in the summer months they should include an icepack, each jar was wrapped in bubble wrap so it all arrived intact, however, it was completely separated and melted.The bottle does say it is shelf stable and separation is normal all you need to do is stir and enjoy, WRONG.I opened a bottle, I stirred it and then refrigerated it so it would become firm again, I was not able to dig it out of the jar upon refrigeration because it was hard as a rock and very grainy looking, so I left it out on the counter for a bit and it started to separate again, BIG WET SLOPPY MESS! If I do order this again and that's a big if I will wait until the fall/winter time for cooler temps, definitely not a summer item w/out a dry ice pack.

I am a huge fan of this Clotted Cream. Sadly the last time I bought it (3bottles) the cream had separated and coddled. It was as if the bottles got to warm, the cream separated and then resolidified. It had the texture of cottage cheese. I opened all 3 bottles and each bottle was the same coddled mixture. It’s upsetting since I like this so much and just how expensive they are. I haven’t bought any since my last experience and I’m not sure if I will anytime in the near future. It was that bad. Such a shame.

The absolute worst clotted cream I have ever tried to eat! All the cream was like a rock inside each bottle I received. I was able to get some out but it didn’t even taste like Cornish clotted cream!
