Is "Porsche" in white or silver?

White, but letters are so small you can't even notice it.. Buy one with bigger letters like at dealership, you will be happier..

Will this bend to fit the curved front license plate mounting bracket on the front of a 2006 Porsche Cayman S?

No. It's solid metal and I could only put the frame on the back plate. On the front of my 911, it also has a curved plate holder, and you'd have to use bumpers to bring the corners out to meet the holder. I decided to use a different frame for the front.

Is this matte black or shiny black?

I would describe it as neither matte or high gloss. It's what I would call satin finish; low sheen. I have a black 911 and it looks very good against the paint. The product is very nice quality.
