Gold Medal, Wondra All Purpose Flour (13.5 oz (Pack of 3))

This is my first time working with this. It helped thicken gravies (no lumps) and other uses where you would use a thickener or coat food for a batter. I like it a lot as it is forgiving for amateur cooks like myself.

I am unable to find Wondra locally so I have been ordering it from Amazon. I like to use it when I only want a minimal amount of coating on an item. It works find for that purpose. I rarely use flour anymore.

This is my magic flour i use to thicken a sauce or gravy. Or to country fry chicken or pork. I can’t find it in the Major stores any more, so this id my solution. I get the 3 pack. Lasts about a year. Simple

This is the best thing ever. Too bad it’s not sold separately as you have to purchase 3 containers of it. My daughter cooks a lot and hers expired before she got through all 3.
