Perfect for pad Thai
I love this tamarind. A little goes a long way. I use it for pad Thai and also for Indian curries. My method is to break off a chunk, soak it in hot water and blend it smooth.

Poor quality, I don't recommend it specially considering the cost. However, it was delivered way sooner than expected.

Hay que saber prepararlo
Es una mezcla del tamarindo real con sus huesos, pulpa e hilos. El que no sabe usarlo no lo entiende. Mi experiencia con el tamarindo fresco es remojarlo toda la noche y al otro día colarlo y reservar el agua, se hace lo mismo con nueva agua 3 o 4 días siempre reservando el agua que se cuela y es como ir sacando el jugo del tamarindo. Ya que se sacó todo se po9ne a hervir esa agua y queda un jarabe espeso que se usa al gusto. Requiere tiempo pero esta d3elicioso
