Love this! Great quality! I ordered more after using up the whole bottle. Be careful as dogs will have an allergic reaction to it if they happen to lick just a tiny amount after it’s on your hands. Even after it is absorbed by your skin. I use it on my face and body. Keeps my skin supple and smooth. No breakouts. Sugar causes breakouts I have noticed with people I know. A lot of info out there about the benefits of castor oil.

I am an African American female in my 50s, with fine hair. In the past, my hair suffered from over-processing and I spent approximately 3 years with hair weaves. Unfortunately, the weaves had taken its toll on my hair and my hair began to bald on the top in addition to the edges thinning out even more. I was given this product by a beautician but it sat on my shelf for a year while I tried to cover my hair with wigs. I went natural and no longer have traces of relaxed hair so I started using the JBCO. Well, well, well...after 1 month there was a noticeable difference so I ordered more from Amazon. It has been approximately 6 months since I started using the product and the bald spot has filled in so much so that I now feel comfortable wearing my natural in public with twist outs. Here's the kicker, because it worked so well on my hair, I decided to thicken my thin eyebrows. I applied it to my eyebrows at night and massaged it in for about 2 mins and viola...my eyebrows are full and beautiful after just 5 weeks. My edges did grow back; however, because of too many years of abuse, they will never totally fill in completely. I agree with other reviewers; there is a smell, somewhat of a burnt odor. I did some research, the smell may be due to the ash that is added from roasted castor beans into the oil. This product works but you have to develop a regiment. I use it every other or third day. I use it sparingly and massage the areas for 2-4 mins. You won't see drastic changes overnight but give it some time and the difference will be incredible. Packaging, as always was great with Amazon and shipping was free and delivered in 2 days with Amazon Prime.

Well, I really do like this Gastro oil because it makes my lashes feel more thicker more healthier and I also use it on my hair. I mix it with another oil and rub it on my scalp. It works really fine. The smell is not too high. And I like the way it makes my hair feel

Has a strong smell similar to a tar product, which claims to a nightgown even after washing. Cannot tell that this kind did any better than the milder. Neither seemed to help the ovarian cyst, even after months of using on the stomach.When I mix it with an essential oil, such as frankincense, it doesn’t smell as badly, but still leaves and enduring odor. A bit sticky when applied also.
