Comparison vs. official
These replacements heads are compatible with the Oral B toothbrush base that I have, I've only been using these replacement heads for a week at this point.Biggest Pro compared to official heads:Less expensive, by far!Possible Cons compared to official heads:The bristles themselves aren't as dense as the official ones. I don't really see difference in how they clean from it, but I assume it means it may be less effective or wear quicker.The first replacement head I tried doesn't fit as well on the base than the officials, it does not go all the way to the bottom, but it is a snug fit. I assume this means I will just have to clean the bottom of the connection more - not a big deal.Overall, I would say these are worth it.

Extra Firm, Great for Cleaning
I have an old Oral-B electric toothbrush and purchased these replacement heads to clean around my impossible bathroom sink seal. Not kidding.PROS:*Super firm, much firmer than any branded Oral-B brush head I have used. Good for cleaning my sink. Maybe good for cleaning dentures?*Cannot beat this priceCONS:*Super firm. Probably not good for cleaning teeth.*Does not fit completely into brush base*Brush head is somewhat wider than the branded versionAll in all, the cons are small trade-offs for my purposes. And if you needed to clean a dental appliance or denture, these might be perfect. Teeth, maybe not.

Will not fit spin brush.
Did not fit my spin brush. Had to throw away bc too much time had gone by. Do not buy these. The bottom fitting is way too small. Maybe they fit dollar store brushes but not the name brand.

Great price, not so good quality
The price on these are great however the quality could have been better. Bought the pack in Jan., I'm writing this update/review in May - I'm already on my brush head #3. They physically break. The lower part of the rotating head, that does the lateral movement, physically comes apart. This never used to happen on the original Oral B heads or in the Equate brand heads from Walmart. The good thing is that the price is cheap and it's a multipack, so I have a replacement readily available.

WHAT A MONEY SAVER!
I had been buying replacement brush heads at the big box store and paying around $7 for 2! So happy when i found these. They fit my Braun toothbrush perfectly and are about 1/3 the cost i had been paying. I think they will fit several brands.

These do not fit my toothbrush. They arrived in great shape on time etc. Just couldnt use them. I'm sure they'd be great if I could.
