Did everything I expected it to. Nice little box. I gave it a few coats of cheap black spray paint and it actually ended up looking pretty good. I recommend a stepped drill bit if you want to get accurate/clean holes drilled in this thing — if not, definitely start with a pilot hole and work up to your desired size by drilling slightly larger holes each time.

I use these as a small electronic project box. Very strong and priced better than thin aluminum boxes.

Very sturdy metal box and well built. I hoped to use this near my gas fireplace to make some custom controls, and I am happy with how thick and solid the material is. Lid fits tight too.

Didn’t read the dimensions and it was a lot smaller than what I expected. Ended up being the perfect size for a projects I was doing.

Used this for a custom guitar pedal. Nice and sturdy box with excellent build quality. I took another reviewer's advice (Travis) and used a step drill to achieve some nice holes.
