IBE is the most incompetent company with customer service in ALL of my Amazon purchases I have ever made!
this came with not ONE piece of instructions for installation....I have been calling their 1800 number and leaving messages with technical support for 3 months. NOT ONE phone call back! My electrican has been calling them with the same results...NOBODY ever picks up customers service number. I am begining to believe all the 5 star ratings about how good the company is are complete bullcrap!I am a general contractor in philadelphia and bought this for a 5 apartment building I am building...the unit boasts 7" LCD video intercom system with remote entry capability to the main building door.... we need simply info like is it AC or DC powered...there is no indication how the CAT5 gets wired or hooked up...
